Six Cheek Sweet Iron Snaffle - 5 1/2"

This single-jointed snaffle bit is made of durable stainless steel with a sweet iron mouthpiece to promote salivation and keep the mouth soft. The “six” cheek shape offers a similar direct control of a ring snaffle with the addition of gag action. If a curb strap is added, this bit also introduces curb pressure, making it a popular transitional bit. (Please note: sweet iron is designed to rust)
